Deception

Here's my feedback on v2. I hope I'm not too late .
- The elevator at "Mountain Home" is missing a button. (That is an elevator, isn't it?)
deception1 - The traffic lights are too slow I guess. They need 5 seconds to turn from yellow to red. Is that normal?
- The spawnrooms are empty. Maybe a picture on the walls or some boxes could help. The spawnrooms are the first impression you get of a map (besides the loading screen) so I think they should look particularly nice .
- When you stand directly in front of that wall at "Aimers Bridge" and try to grab it, you will fall and crouch. That's a bit strange. If you make it just a little smaller it might be better.
deception2 - At "Blue Square" you can climb up on that little roof and look outside the map. How about adding onother building there?
deception3 - On that same roof, there seems to be ice at the edge. Why?
deception4 - And other issue at "Blue Square": There are no light sources inside of this building. Just add another one or two lamps.
deception5 - At "Kings Pass", when you try to exit that building you bang your head against the wall. Maybe you could lift it a little.
deception7 - And these two doors at "Kings Pass" seem a little oversized.
deception6 - Some goes for this door at "Blue Alley"
deception13 - Also at "Blue Alley": You can see again the end of the map. It looks like there's a huge abyss behind that little wall in the background. Why don't you see any buildings behind the wall? Does the city really just end there? Another building would be nice.
deception12 - The location name of "shoe store roof" uses lowercase. All other locations use capital letters. So I guess that's not intended.
- This one texture at "Shoe Store Roof" should be stretched a little so that it fits right into the corner.
deception8 (this place is quite dark so I increased the brightness of the image) - And another one at the "Shoe Store Roof": This wall looks a bit repetative. Especially the plants in the windows. Maybe you could rearrange those plants over the whole wall.
deception9 - At "Queens Road" you can jump on top of that parking sign and then on top of the bar. Then you can see the face of the brush where you used nodraw (well, actually you can't see it ). You could either clip the sign or add a texture to those faces.

deception10 - Last but not least, I wondered why all the lights in the map are white. Maybe you could vary a bit with the colour. Maybe use white for one sort of lamps and yellow/orange for another sort of light source.
I can't say anything related to the game play 'cause I haven't played it online. Anyway, I like this map . The textures fit perfectly to the theme of the map and I like the style of those downhill streets. And I like those pine(?) trees and the rock walls and the stairs and ... . Great job. I hope this helps to make the map even better.
